Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and opened personal care products, are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Submit a return request by contacting our customer service team at alejandrosidehustle@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- After inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
